Once a destruction list has been created it will show as pending, if the function for the authorised person to approve before destruction is enable. To see the pending lists and continue the process of destruction follow the below steps.
Step 1
On the destroy tab, click on the "View and destroy lists awaiting approval" icon.
Step 2
Select the list which you want to approve for destruction.
Step 3
When you click on a list it will bring up this window.
