The Smart Soft software has a default email two factor authentication but we also have a SMS two factor authentication option to add an extra layer of security to prevent someone from logging in, even if they have your password. This extra security measure requires you to verify your identity using a randomised code we’ll send you to your mobile number.

Step 1

Go to "Settings"

Step 2

Click "Security"

Step 3

Scroll down to 'Two factor authentication' and click "Enable"

In this case the second form of identification will be the email attached to each user created in our Smart Soft.   From now on when log in for the first time and in a new device as well as every now and then, the system will ask you for a code which will be sent to the email address attached to your user in the Smart Soft.
