Follow these steps if you or your organisation needs to keep track of certain past events that have occurred in your Smart Soft account.


Step 1


Click on the orange "Settings" tab on the upper right hand corner of the page.



Step 2


Click on the "Events" tab on the left-hand side of the page. 



It will now show you a complete log of all past events conducted within the software, which will show details which include the user who conducted the event, the type of event conducted, and the date of when the event occurred.



You can also filter this by choosing an action in specific, the list includes: create, deleted, export, login, report, search and update. You can also filter the results by searching just the actions of a specific user or a particular range of dates.
