Changing or recovering your password is easy. Firstly ensure you are attempting to log into your organisation's specific website address. Your web address will say your organisation's name in the URL address above the page.
Step 1
On the login page, click the 'forgot your password' link. You will then be prompted to enter your email address.
Step 2
You will then receive an email with instructions.
Step 3
This will take you back to the software where you will create a new password.
Note: Too many filed attempts to log in will lock your account. In this case another user with admin level access to your system will need to unlock this.
