Step 1


On the move tab click on the "View and Move Lists Awaiting Approval" icon.


Step 2


Locate the list you have created. Clicking on the name will bring up items on the move list.

At the bottom of the page once the list is displayed you will find several options. 


  • Move this list - This will complete the move in the software. All the data will now include the new location.
  • Restore this list - In case the move is not going ahead you can restore the list.
  • Download report - This will create a PDF report of the move including from which box to which box, number of documents moved and which ones will stay in the old box. 
  • Download CSV - This will create a report to be viewed in Excel which will contain the same information of the PDF version just in a different format. 
  • Download Labels - This will create a PDF document with labels for the new boxes with the details of the old boxes for future reference. 

  • Close list - This will just close the list from view.
