Smart Records Group has partnered with Grace for all the offsite storage needs. If you are one of our current offsite storage customers, your documents are stored securely in a Grace facility and still managed by our Smart Soft software.
Before you can request documents from your offsite storage provider, ensure the system has the correct email address to send borrow request notification to.
Step 1
In "Settings" click "Storage Locations / Types"
Step 2
To the right you will see the "Extra Settings" box. Under "Borrowing Email" enter our main email address - orders@smartrecordsgroup.com.au and we will do the rest.
Once you have these details setup all future borrow requests will automatically be emailed to the email address entered.
